Here at SRF we use only the highest quality materials. That is why we decided to source our aluminum extrusion products from non other than 80/20 Inc themselves, leaders in the extruded aluminum industry. There T-slot profiles are accurate and sturdy, as well as allowing massive adjustability and add-on ability! The profiles used for this Sim Racing Chassis product all come black anodized from the factory.
Strong Profiles Need Strong Fasteners
Here at SRF we design and manufacture all of our brackets and splice plates for our 8020 product line. All of our brackets and splice plates are made of steel for added strength! As you can see in the picture above, all 240lbs of our owner and operator, Bobby Sandt Jr, balancing on the weakest part of the rig! When we say this thing is sturdy, we mean it!

- T-slot profiles allows placement of all connections virtually anywhere you want!
- SRF designed and manufactured Pedal plate and Wheel deck pre drilled for most major manufactures equipment.
- Pedal plate features a 1×1 square tubing frame welded to the under side to add rigidity to the already rigid 1/8″ thick A36 steel. This pedal plate laughs at my HE Ultimate pedals.
- pedal plate is adjustable forward and back, as well as tilt.
- Wheel deck has tilt adjustment in both directions and is locked firmly into position once you tighten the (4) 5/16 bolts for a proper No Flex system.
- Seat frame extrusions can be slide forward and back for optimal positioning and the infinitely adjustable T-slots means an seat bracket on the market will work with this rig!
- Shifter mount is adjustable up and down, forward and back, and even tilts about 15 degrees forward and back!

Highly Recommend. This rig is STURDY! I personally was searching the market hard until i found SandTracingfab. I was a little skeptical on this rig when first buying it sense there wasn’t much reviews on the item/or brand. Great rig at a great price. Very solid. Your wheel and pedals will bend before this chassis does. There’s really not much other choice in this price segment as far as I’m concerned in terms of sheer quality. On top of that, Bobby and Destiny provided good, quick help throughout the shipping and ultimate assembly process, really no complaints, though it was a bit annoying that the chair I originally ordered was out of stock, it all worked out in the end. Overall, highly recommended chassis and company.
